Yes. You may work with the architect and builder of your choice, provided the design is approved through architectural review. We are also happy to make introductions.

Plans are reviewed at schematic and final stages for conformity with the covenants and Pattern Book. We recommend a pre-submittal meeting so your team understands expectations from the start.

Absolutely. The covenants focus on exterior character. Inside, you are free to create an open, contemporary floor plan with modern kitchens, smart-home technology and energy-efficient systems.

Yes. The Home Owners Association manages maintenance of common landscaping and helps uphold the covenants that protect the character and value of the neighborhood.
