Every one of the 35 homesites at The Fields has its own character. Some sit close to the neighborhood park; others offer longer views toward the Franklin Mountains or a quieter interior setting. We walk the land with you, explain each lot's orientation, dimensions and setbacks, and help you compare how different home styles and floor plans would sit on it.
Once you have chosen, we guide you through the reservation and purchase process, provide the recorded covenants and Pattern Book, and outline the timeline to design approval and groundbreaking.

Our design consultation sessions help you explore the four permitted styles in depth: roof forms, materials, doors, windows, porches, eaves, chimneys and color palettes. We share precedent homes from El Paso's Kern Place and Manhattan Heights so you can see how each style ages over a century.
We encourage you to think about the "little things" — the carvings in the beams, the door that welcomes your guests, a terra cotta roof detail — and connect you with architects and designers experienced in authentic period detailing.

Landscapes true to the Chihuahuan Desert — lush, shaded and water-wise — designed to complement your home's architecture.
The Fields features green space and trees with landscaping true to the Chihuahuan Desert topography of the area, and the Home Owners Association manages maintenance of common landscaping. We help you plan private gardens, courtyards and porches that extend that character to your own lot.
Our guidance covers native and adapted plant palettes, shade trees, drip irrigation, hardscape materials and how each landscape language pairs with Craftsman, Spanish Revival, Italianate or Tudor-Cottage homes.
