Please do not include sensitive information in a form or email, such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or detailed financial information. We do not need this information to respond to an inquiry, and the Site is not designed to receive it securely for that purpose.

3.2 Information processed automatically

The construction budget and mortgage estimator performs its calculations using code that runs in your browser. Values you enter, such as a hypothetical home size, budget, down payment, interest rate, or loan term, are not sent to our servers, are not stored by us, and are not visible to us. When you close or reload the page, those values are discarded unless your browser retains them on its own. The estimator provides illustrative figures only and is not a loan offer, pre-qualification, or financial advice.

3.5 Information from other sources

We generally do not purchase or obtain personal information about Site visitors from third parties. If you are referred to us by a real estate agent, builder, or other person, we may receive your name and contact information from that person so that we can follow up on your interest in The Fields.

We will provide the information free of charge up to twice in any twelve-month period, unless requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.

12. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that signals to websites that you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, many websites do not respond to them. Our Site does not track visitors across third-party websites over time and does not use advertising or analytics tracking by default, so there is no tracking for a DNT signal to turn off.
